Ginger Beet Juice!

Summer is starting to wrap up but this definitely doesn’t mean you have to put those juicers away! Juices are a great way to get your essential vitamins and minerals from vegetables in an easy way. They can help boost your immune system as well as help with weight loss.

Here is one simple recipe from Eating Well that will leave you feeling energetic and alive!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium orange peeled
  • Kale leaves
  • 1 medium apple cut into wedges
  • 1 peeled carrot
  • 1 large beetroot peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1-inch piece of ginger

Add ice cubes if you want!

Add all ingredients into a juicer and VOILA!
