You will need:
- 100 g whiting
- 1 Large handful white cabbage which is grated finely
- 1/4 cup torn flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tbspn lemon juice or orange vinaigrette
- 1/2 orange diced
- Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat
- Season the fish with salt and pepper and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness) or until golden and flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine cabbage, orange and parsley in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice or chosen vingaigrette.
- Toss to coat
- Serve fish with salad.
