You will need:

  • 100 g whiting
  • 1 Large handful white cabbage which is grated finely
  • 1/4 cup torn flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tbspn lemon juice or orange vinaigrette
  • 1/2 orange diced


  1. Heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat
  2. Season the fish with salt and pepper and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness) or until golden and flesh flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Meanwhile, combine cabbage, orange and parsley in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice or chosen vingaigrette.
  4. Toss to coat
  5. Serve fish with salad.
